the war horse

war horse

I used chalk and ink for prints for my book cover of war horse I am going to put the black on the coloured for the final piece. I used a stencil of my horse to get the colouredd horse like it is and used the technique of putting pastel around the stencil shape and blending it onto paper.

The inked horse was created using metallic card and scratched into using a scapel. I used this as I could recreate the horse hair effect which would then look realistic when printed.

i used photoshop and used the pen tool to cut and paste the picture
